Alan Charter is a children’s champion, foster carer and adoption advocate, and longs to see the church worldwide flourish in helping children both thrive in families and as part of the family of God. He loves being a connector and serves the Global Children’ Forum, Children Matter!, and Home for Good. He is a husband and a father of four (the youngest of whom is adopted) and, as foster family, they have welcomed various children into their home.

Christie Penner Worden is a strategic leader, speaker, preacher, and writer who is passionate about discipling children, inspiring leaders, and equipping churches with effective support to raise this generation with courageous faith. She has an Engage Certificate in children's ministry through Bethel Seminary and is a certified coach with the International Network of Children's Ministry. 

Christie is outlandishly creative, tenaciously childlike and relentlessly passionate for the Gospel. From dreaming to word-smithing, she loves to create spaces where generations can ask big questions about faith and explore together. 

Hannah is the founder of TenFour Ministries in the UK. She has been leading children's and youth ministry in local churches across the beautiful South West of England for over 15 years. She is passionate about reaching out to communities, spreading the Gospel, and raising up a generation fully devoted to loving Jesus.

Her heart is to see every church inspired and equipped to lead a thriving, innovative, and exciting children's ministry—one that encourages a team to rise up, remove obstacles, and place children at the center of the church's mission moving forward.

Kim has led children’s and student ministries at the local church while also leading initiatives around adoption and foster care for decades. As an adoptive mom and mom and grandma to neurodivergent kids, Kim’s passion is creating spaces for all kids, regardless of their background, behaviour or ability, to belong, contribute and grow. 

Kim believes the church should be leading the way in creating spaces for all kids to find their people, their place and their purpose. 

She has a Masters in Family Ministry, is a Trauma Free World Affiliate Trainer, a TBRI Practitioner®, and is a frequent speaker on topics related to trauma, disability, and neurodivergence. Kim is the author of Boundless Hope for Every Child and podcast host of Every Child Belongs. 

Lucy Rycroft is the founder of The Hope-Filled Family, author of the Mighty Girl, Mighty God series, teacher, mum of four, and vicar's wife. Through her books, speaking, and online resources, she encourages Christian parents to nurture faith in the everyday moments of family life and discover God's presence in the beautiful mess of parenting.

Meredith Anne Miller is a pastor, writer, and parent with:

• an M.Div from Fuller Seminary
• 25 years of kids and family ministry experience overall (five of which where she was the curriculum director of a mega church) and
• years of experience with the Fuller Youth Institute, who study faith formation in young people

She loves to help grownups and the kids they love engage with the Bible and faith in ways that are life-giving, fun, and a fit for their real lives.
